What we're looking for 

We’re partnering with a fast-growing US-based professional services company that’s expanding its remote finance team. They’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Jr Accounts Receivable Specialist who’s eager to grow their career in accounting and financial operations. If you’re early in your career and love working with numbers, details, and processes, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Generate and send accurate customer invoices.
• Monitor accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Process payments received via check, ACH, and wire.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records in QuickBooks and Monday.com.
• Reconcile accounts and assist with AR reporting.
• Respond to customer and internal billing inquiries.
• Support the AR team during month-end close activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or current enrollment) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or office administration.
• Familiarity with Excel, and readiness to learn new accounting tools.
• Experience or willingness to work with QuickBooks and Monday.com.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a remote finance or operations role.
• Knowledge of ERP systems or advanced Excel functions (lookups, pivots).
• Experience working in an agency environment.
