What we're looking for 

You’re a creative leader who knows what great image ads look like and can explain why they work. Our client is a fast-growing US-based performance marketing company that builds and scales high-performing Meta ads for ambitious brands. Their culture values clarity over chaos, strong opinions backed by strategy, and creative systems that actually perform.

This role exists to centralize creative judgment. You own creative direction and concept quality, so ideas are focused, repeatable, and effective. You are not here to design ads or manage workflows. You are here to decide what should be made and why, and to lead the people who generate those ideas.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Define what “good” looks like for image ads across different use cases and objectives.
  • Decide which ideas and visuals are worth producing, and kill weak concepts early.
  • Review and approve concepts from the Concept Generator team, selecting the strongest for production.
  • Manage, coach, and develop Concept Generators through feedback, examples, and clear expectations.
  • Ensure creative direction is understood across designers, QA, and client leads.
  • Make fast, confident creative decisions, even with imperfect information.


Requirements

  • Strong creative judgment and the ability to clearly explain why ideas work.
  • Experience with performance marketing and image ads, especially on Meta.
  • Proven people-management experience, including coaching and performance ownership.
  • Strategic thinking, you see patterns and systems, not one-off ideas.
  • Comfort saying no and setting clear creative standards.
  • Ability to separate creative direction from execution and delivery.


Nice to Have

  • Background as a creative strategist or performance creative lead.
  • Experience scaling creative teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exposure to both brand and growth-focused creative work.
