You’re an empathetic, detail-oriented Customer Support Representative who genuinely cares about creating exceptional customer experiences.
You’ll join a fast-growing US-based wellness brand specializing in natural supplements designed to support gut health, sleep, and overall well-being. The company operates in the direct-to-consumer space and prides itself on high-quality products, thoughtful communication, and a strong connection with its community.
In this fully remote role, you’ll report directly to the Head of Operations, with structured onboarding and ongoing support. You’ll take ownership of email and social media inquiries, while helping optimize systems and improve the overall customer journey.
