What we're looking for 

A US-based direct-to-consumer company operating a portfolio of seven Shopify brands is bringing paid media fully in-house and looking for a Senior Performance Marketer to own it. This is a high-accountability role for someone who thrives in execution, not just strategy. If you live in the ad accounts and love building creative testing engines that actually move the needle, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Personally manage and scale Meta and Google ad accounts across all brands in the portfolio.
• Build and run a high-velocity creative testing engine, launching, analyzing, and iterating constantly based on performance data.
• Direct the creative feedback loop with internal designers and editors to maintain testing volume and quality.
• Use tools like Triple Whale, GA4, and platform data to drive decisions tied to CAC, MER, and revenue.
• Partner with the broader team on Shopify improvements that impact conversion and attribution.

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on experience running Meta ads for e-commerce or DTC brands.
• Strong Google Ads skills across Search and Shopping campaigns.
• A disciplined, creative testing mindset built around volume, structure, and learning speed.
• Solid familiarity with Shopify, pixels, catalogs, tracking, and attribution.
• Ability to manage multiple brands, products, and audiences simultaneously without losing focus.

Nice to Have

• Agency background or experience working across multiple brands at once.
• Exposure to multi-brand portfolio management within a single business.
