What We're Looking For

We’re partnering with a fast-growing US-based e-commerce company that’s redefining at-home smile care. Their FDA-cleared, USA-made products bring professional-level results straight to customers’ doors—at accessible prices. They’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to help scale their digital communication strategy and drive engagement across email and SMS channels.

What You’ll Do

• Execute email and SMS campaigns from setup to send, ensuring flawless delivery and performance
• Manage segmentation, personalization, and automated flows to reach the right audience at the right time
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and copywriters to craft cohesive, on-brand messages
• Implement A/B tests and analyze results to continuously improve open and click rates
• Maintain the promotional calendar and coordinate with internal teams for upcoming campaigns
• Track key metrics and performance data to inform strategic decisions

What You Bring

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing (DTC or e-commerce preferred)
• Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or strong experience in Klaviyo and willingness to learn SFMC)
• Solid understanding of segmentation, deliverability, and compliance best practices
• Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Asana, or Monday for campaign management
• Excellent attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
• Strong creative instincts and ability to write compelling, conversion-focused copy

Nice to Have

• Experience collaborating with developers (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Familiarity with Canva or Figma for quick design work
• Background in lifecycle or retention marketing
