What we're looking for 

We are a fast-growing US-based wellness and conscious lifestyle brand with a strong digital presence across major social platforms. We are looking for a Performance Video Editor who can blend creative instinct with data-driven thinking to lead our video team and produce scroll-stopping content that converts. If you thrive in a remote-first environment and care as much about hook rates as you do about great storytelling, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Edit and produce high-performing short-form videos (15 to 60 seconds) for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest, optimised for each platform.
• Manage the full editing pipeline, including deadlines, task allocation, and final sign-off on all outgoing content.
• Act as the main point of contact between the editing team and creative strategists, marketers, and designers.
• Analyse performance data (hook rate, retention, CTR, ROAS) and apply those insights to iterate and improve creative output.
• Build and maintain templates, presets, workflows, and asset libraries to keep the team fast and consistent.

Requirements

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or DaVinci Resolve).
• Proven track record creating short-form content that performs across major social platforms.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and how editing decisions directly influence them.

Nice to Have

• Experience with project management tools such as Notion, Asana, or ClickUp.
• Background in wellness, mindfulness, or conscious lifestyle content.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted editing tools and production shortcuts.
