What we're looking for 

You are a highly organized, detail-obsessed coordinator who thrives on keeping projects moving and nothing slipping through the cracks. You will join a fast-growing US-based CRO and web design agency that helps e-commerce brands turn traffic into revenue through high-converting landing pages and data-backed optimization strategies. The team is collaborative, fast-paced, and deeply focused on quality and results.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • QA landing pages before delivery, checking copy, design accuracy, links, tracking, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Transfer and organize client feedback between external and internal Figma files.
  • Coordinate with the Strategist to decide what feedback to implement or push back on.
  • Route deliverables across strategy, design, and development, ensuring everyone has the right context.
  • Prepare notes, updates, and materials ahead of client calls.
  • Send designs to clients, follow up on feedback, and keep communication flowing.
  • Maintain ClickUp hygiene with updated tasks, statuses, and deadlines.


Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail, you catch small inconsistencies others miss.
  • Excellent note-taking habits and ability to track conversations clearly.
  • Process-driven mindset, you rely on checklists and structured workflows.
  • Solid organizational skills, managing multiple clients and priorities with ease.
  • Clear written English for updates, comments, and follow-ups.
  • Comfort using Figma for feedback management and ClickUp for task tracking.
  • Responsiveness in Slack, you communicate proactively and flag blockers early.
  • Reliable execution, when you mark something done, it is truly complete.


Nice to Have

  • Experience working with marketing, CRO, or web design teams.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce brands and digital marketing workflows.
