What We’re Looking For

Our client, a fast-growing e-commerce growth agency, is seeking a Klaviyo Implementation Specialist to join their team. The agency helps modern DTC brands scale through email and SMS marketing, paid social, and creative production. In this role, you’ll be the technical powerhouse who brings strategies and designs to life inside Klaviyo. If you love problem-solving, precision, and seeing your work directly impact brand growth, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch email, SMS, and pop-up automations in Klaviyo from the ground up.
• Implement 100+ emails per month, ensuring flawless execution and variety.
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect campaigns within Klaviyo.
• Set up and manage integrations with Shopify, Yotpo, and other e-commerce tools.
• Collaborate closely with design and strategy teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
• Stay on top of Klaviyo updates and best practices to continuously improve workflows.

Requirements

• Expert-level Klaviyo knowledge (Klaviyo Product Certification strongly preferred).
• 1+ years of hands-on Klaviyo implementation experience.
• Proficiency in Figma to translate designs accurately into campaigns.
• Experience integrating Klaviyo with Shopify, Yotpo, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Basic HTML/CSS skills for customizations.
• Proven experience managing high-volume accounts (50+ emails per month).

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with additional platforms (Attentive, Postscript, Alia, etc.).
• Understanding of email deliverability best practices.
• Analytical skills for optimizing performance and driving results.
• Experience with subscription-based or consumable product brands.
