What we're looking for 

Our client is a fast-growing US-based health and wellness tech company offering an easy-to-use meal planning app that helps people cook healthy meals at home with weekly recipes, smart shopping features, and a supportive, positive culture. They are looking for a creative, data-aware Performance Content Creator who knows how to produce high-converting content for US audiences. If you thrive at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and performance, this role is for you.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the creation of performance-driven content for paid ads, social media, and digital campaigns.
  • Own the execution of video and/or graphic assets based on your strongest craft.
  • Collaborate with strategists to align creative outputs with performance goals.
  • Develop ideas that fuel campaign concepts and direct response storytelling.
  • Optimize assets based on performance data, insights, and testing results.
  • Provide feedback, direction, and support to other creatives on the team.
  • Deliver high-quality work within tight timelines and fast-paced cycles.


Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience creating content for performance-focused campaigns.
  • Strong experience working with US brands or digital marketing teams.
  • Expertise in either video editing or graphic design (you excel in at least one).
  • Advanced Adobe Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut if your focus is video.
  • Solid working knowledge of Figma and Canva.
  • Strong understanding of direct response creative principles and best practices.
  • Experience ideating or contributing to creative strategy.


Nice to Have

  • Experience creating content for food, lifestyle, or wellness brands.
  • Knowledge of TikTok, Meta, or YouTube ad formats and emerging trends.
  • Motion graphics or animation skills.
