What we're looking for 

You’ll join a fast-growing DTC maternity apparel brand that runs high-volume paid social campaigns across Meta. The team is lean, performance-driven, and customer-oriented. Every creative decision starts with understanding expecting mothers.


You’ll support the Head of Creative Strategy by producing Meta ads, keeping the creative engine running while maintaining a strong storytelling lens. You’ll focus on crafting ads that connect, convert, and speak directly to real customer pain points.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Edit and deliver 15 to 20 paid social video ads per week for Meta, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Execute briefs from the Head of Creative Strategy and iterate quickly based on feedback.
  • Work with raw UGC footage, including try-ons, talking heads, and explainer formats.
  • Create variations with different hooks, CTAs, and structures for testing.
  • Participate in biweekly creative review calls and contribute ideas.
  • Balance speed and quality in a high-volume production environment.


Requirements

  • Strong video editing skills, CapCut or Premiere preferred.
  • Ability to consistently produce 15 to 20 videos per week.
  • Strong storytelling ability for direct-response and UGC-style ads.
  • Experience editing paid social ads for Meta.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken.
  • Deep understanding of social-first content and what performs on Meta.
  • Self-starter mindset, adaptable, and comfortable with fast feedback loops.
  • Service-oriented attitude aligned with a customer-first culture.


Nice to Have

  • Exposure to direct response marketing and performance creative.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and reviewing performance data.
  • Strong understanding of the motherhood or female consumer experience.
