What we're looking for
A US-based performance marketing and growth agency is hiring a Growth Strategist to lead client accounts across paid acquisition, creative strategy, funnel optimization, and retention. They work with ambitious wellness and consumer brands in complex, high-growth industries and operate as a true extension of their clients' businesses.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the full strategic direction of 8 to 10 client accounts, from paid media to funnel economics to retention.
- Lead paid social strategy across Meta (and beyond), overseeing budget allocation, scaling decisions, audience approach, and campaign optimization.
- Drive creative testing and messaging strategy, translating performance data into actionable hypotheses and conversion-focused creative direction.
- Evaluate landing pages, offers, and customer journeys with a conversion-first lens and collaborate cross-functionally to improve funnel performance.
- Lead the operational cadence of your pod, delegating effectively and holding a high standard of execution across the team.
- Monitor account and pod profitability, escalate risks early, and identify clear scaling opportunities for every client.
Requirements
- 3 or more years of paid social advertising experience, ideally in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, optimization, scaling, and reporting.
- Strong DTC e-commerce background with a solid understanding of CAC, MER, LTV, contribution margin, and payback periods.
- Proven ability to manage strategic client relationships with confidence, clarity, and accountability.
- Experience with creative strategy, briefing, and collaborating with creative teams to drive performance.
- Ability to communicate complex performance data in a clear, decision-ready way for clients.
Nice to Have
- Experience in regulated industries such as hemp, cannabis, telehealth, supplements, or functional wellness.
- Familiarity with CRO, landing page optimization, or funnel strategy.
- Experience integrating AI tools into marketing workflows or reporting systems.
