Position Overview
Reporting to the SVP, Policy, the Senior Director, Federal Policy will set and lead CEBA’s federal policy agenda — owning the positions that inform how CEBA advocates at the federal level and shaping the strategic priorities the organization pursues. This position is responsible for shaping and driving CEBA’s federal policy and strategy, informed by member priorities, and engagement with federal policymakers. The Senior Director, Federal serves as a visible representative of CEBA, exercising independent judgment in complex policy environments and translating member priorities into effective federal policy outcomes.
The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with team collaboration days on Mondays and Wednesdays and one additional in-office day each week, determined by team priorities.

Compensation and Benefits:
The expected base salary for this role ranges from $180,000 to $200,000, depending on experience and qualifications. All CEBA employees are eligible to participate in the annual bonus incentive plan, which is based on both organizational and individual performance, up to 20% for this role.
