We currently have an opening for a full-time MicroStation Survey Technician in our Phoenix office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare right-of-way plans, boundary plats, various exhibits, topographic mapping and digital terrain models for public projects.
• Reduce survey field data, perform records research, and compile site related information.
• Work within the Public Land Survey System, title commitments, easements, Arizona Boundary Survey Minimum Standards, and municipal submittal requirements.
• Proficient in MicroStation and OpenRoads or InRoads.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years land surveying experience in an office position.
• LSIT certification preferred but not required.
• Associates degree in Land Surveying preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
