Summary / Primary Role:
The position of Warehouse Lead will have primary responsibility for maintaining the floor activity during their shift by
performing the following duties and responsibilities.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
(Management may amend or assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time)
• Overall responsibility for floor activity during their shift.
• Perform functions of Warehouse Supervisor in his absence.
• Monitor product flow.
• Communicate job expectations to Forklift Drivers.
• Oversee Forklift Drivers.
• Load and unload vehicles on forklift and/or paper clamp as required.
• Maintain inventory integrity.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Coach & train employees.
• Resolve problems.
• Monitor quality of our services.
• Monitor quality of product handling.
• Evaluate and enforce policies and procedures.
• Secure property by maintaining established access policies and procedures.
• Oversee warehouse employees when Warehouse Supervisor is not in the building.
• Execute order picking and staging with Forklift Drivers.
• Place loading slips at the trailers when the trailers arrive, assign FLD/Clamp driver to load trailer.
• Sign out trailer after checking the load, before turning paperwork into the office.
• Scan all staged orders into and out of Abecas system.
• Receive inbound loads with Forklift Drivers.
• Use provided iPads to fill in/out times for inbound/outbound trucks on google docs.
• Use provided iPads to monitor emails and respond timely and accurately.
• Monitor product and paperwork flow.
• Make sure all paperwork is given to the office for processing.
• Monitor White Board/Google Docs - Track orders [ with Warehouse Supervisor] in and out of
warehouse.
• Make sure cycle counts are being done daily.
• Monitor any issues with inventory locations and correct immediately.
• Communicate expectations to Forklift Drivers.
• Evaluate and enforce policies and procedures.
• Resolve problems.
• Monitor quality of our services.
• Monitor quality of product handling.
• Daily Building Checklist – assign and track tasks daily, report building/machine issues.
• Load and unload vehicles on forklift and/or paper clamp as required.

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position does not have supervisory oversight.
Expected Hours of Work:
Associate must work a minimum of thirty (30) hours each week to maintain full-time status for benefits purposes,
however the expectations of the position will require an average of forty (40) hours with overtime required as scheduled.
