Location:

This is a remote position based in the state of Hawaii


Schedule:

  • Full-time position with autonomy to manage your own territory.
  • Primarily local customer visits, with limited inter-island travel as needed.


Compensation Range : $90k-100k annually depending on experience


About the Job:

As a Logistics Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing new business while nurturing and cross-selling existing client relationships. This is a high-impact, client-facing position for a driven professional looking to grow a book of business with substantial earnings potential and the freedom to manage your own territory.

In This Role, You Will:

  • New Business Development – Prospect, build pipeline, and close new logos within your territory to achieve revenue targets.
  • Drive Sales Growth – Sell Odyssey’s full suite of logistics services, including ocean freight (FCL/LCL), drayage, warehousing, distribution, and brokerage.
  • Territory Growth – Strengthen client relationships, cross-sell multimodal services, and expand share of wallet.
  • Strategic Selling – Present solutions, negotiate price agreements, and partner with operations to ensure exceptional service.
  • Account Strategy – Develop and execute strategies to meet customer expectations and revenue goals.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of proven success in freight forwarding or logistics sales.
  • Strong sales and communication skills, with experience selling to executive-level decision makers.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in meeting targets.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar preferred).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding client results.
