How You Will Make an Impact

• Operate Class A or B commercial vehicles including tractor-trailers, doubles, straight trucks, box trucks, and flatbeds.
• Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Load, secure, and transport freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools.
• Optimize trailer space while ensuring weight distribution and proper cargo securement.
• Follow dispatch instructions and communicate updates through approved communication devices.
• Adhere to hazardous materials handling regulations when applicable.
• Verify shipping documentation and ensure it matches freight contents.
• Manage customer interactions professionally, including delivery paperwork and payments.
• Provide feedback to sales teams regarding potential new business opportunities.

Are You a CDL–A/B Driving Pro?

We recognize not all applicants will have every skill or qualification listed. If you meet most of the requirements, we encourage you to apply—we value diverse experiences and perspectives.

Required:

• Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Valid Class A or B CDL.
• HazMat certification (required).
• Doubles endorsement (required).
• TWIC card (required).
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets hiring standards.
• Knowledge of DOT and Federal Motor Carrier regulations.
• Ability to pass DOT physicals and road tests.

Preferred:

• Forklift certification.
