This is an in-person role based in Anchorage, AK.

About the Job

The Mover/Packer Driver is responsible for packing, loading, and delivering household goods in a clean, damage-free, and professional manner. This includes processing military household shipments, operating company vehicles, and ensuring jobs are completed safely and on time.

In This Role, You Will:

• Pack military household items, load, and deliver household goods.
• Prepare and crate shipments securely and efficiently.
• Safely operate a company vehicle.
• Maintain professionalism with customers and coworkers.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Complete required paperwork accurately.
• Perform all other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift/move items up to 75 lbs and meet physical demands of the role.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Flexible and reliable with scheduling; must be able to stay until the job is completed.

Must-Have

• Ability to follow instructions and work without direct supervision.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, dispatch, customers, and coworkers.
• Professional demeanor at all times.
• Ability to complete paperwork accurately and in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.

Preferred

• Previous experience driving commercial vehicles.
• ICC Medical Card.
• Experience in logistics, household goods moving, or military packing.
• Familiarity with military base access requirements (Real ID or other valid ID).
