About the Job
The Pricing Manager will oversee pricing strategy, rate analysis, and proposal development to ensure Interdom remains competitive while meeting margin and revenue goals. This role requires strong analytical skills, an understanding of intermodal and trucking markets, and the ability to collaborate across sales, operations, and carrier relations teams.
In This Role, You Will:
- Develop, manage, and implement pricing strategies for intermodal and drayage services.
- Analyze rate requests and provide competitive, profitable quotes in a timely manner.
- Maintain pricing models, tariff structures, and customer rate agreements.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support new business opportunities.
- Evaluate market conditions and competitor pricing to identify trends and opportunities.
- Partner with carrier relations to negotiate rates and ensure cost alignment.
- Monitor profitability and recommend adjustments to improve margin performance.
- Lead RFP and bid response efforts, ensuring pricing accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all pricing decisions and strategies.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in pricing, transportation, intermodal, or logistics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with intermodal and drayage pricing highly preferred.
- Prior RFP/bid management experience.
- Familiarity with TMS (Transportation Management Systems).
