About the Job:
As the Manager of Carrier Sourcing, you will lead Odyssey’s Carrier Sales team to secure reliable and cost-effective carrier capacity. This role blends people management, sourcing strategy, and execution oversight. You’ll coach and develop Carrier Sales Representatives, strengthen carrier networks, and align sourcing strategies with customer and operations needs. Success in this role requires strong leadership, market knowledge, and a proactive, results-oriented approach to freight brokerage.
