About the Job:
As a CDL A Driver with Odyssey, you’ll be a vital part of our transportation team. You’ll operate company vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring on-time deliveries while maintaining compliance with all Federal, State, and company regulations. This role requires a safety-first mindset, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
In This Role, You Will:
- Safely operate company trucks in compliance with DOT regulations and company standards.
- Transport goods to and from designated locations while ensuring on-time delivery.
- Conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections of vehicles and report any defects.
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and delivery records.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and warehouse teams.
- Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and customer requirements.
- Provide courteous service and represent Odyssey professionally at all times.

Requirements:
- Valid CDL Class A license.
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT physical/drug screening.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to lift, secure, and unload cargo as required.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.
Desired:
- Prior experience with regional or dedicated routes.
- Knowledge of Memphis and surrounding regional routes.
- Customer service experience in transportation.
