About the Job:
The Operations Representative manages day-to-day shipment execution and serves as the frontline point of contact for brokerage customers. This role balances operational excellence with proactive customer service, ensuring shipments move seamlessly while building trust and long-term account success. You’ll perform routine assignments while expanding your logistics knowledge and skillset to prepare for the next level.
