Schedule:

Full-time, onsite position. Specific shifts will be discussed during the interview process.

About the Job:

As a Forklift Driver, you’ll be responsible for material handling and order processing to support our customers and internal operations. This role is essential in ensuring inventory accuracy, safety, and timely movement of goods throughout the warehouse.

In This Role, You Will:

• Take ownership of overall material handling within the warehouse
• Receive products via railcar and truckload; scan and store in assigned locations
• Pick and stage orders, including accurate scanning processes
• Load outbound trailers while performing trailer inspections
• Maintain 100% inventory accuracy and integrity
• Record and submit product locations and location changes
• Ensure forklifts and clamp equipment are safely cleaned and maintained
• Follow and maintain all SOPs, documents, and procedures
• Use barcoding scanners to track product movement in the Abecas system
• Provide completed paperwork to the office for processing
• Complete daily building checklist tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous experience in material handling or warehouse operations
• Ability to safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to inventory accuracy
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a warehouse environment
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean workspace

Desired:

• Experience with Abecas or other warehouse management systems
• Familiarity with barcoding, scanning, or automated inventory control systems
• Previous cross-dock or logistics experience

• Base pay range: $18–$19 per hour
