Based in Fife, WA, Odyssey is on a journey to constantly innovate logistics. We’re actively recruiting for this essential yard operations role because of continued growth and expansion in our Fife terminal, come be a part of our success!
Location: This is an on-site role based in Fife, WA, USA.
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) on a 4x10 schedule, starting at 8:00 AM, Tuesday–Friday (one weekday off; final confirmation TBD).
Base Pay Range: $24–$26/hour
About the Job:
As a Hostler / Yard Tractor Operator, you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of trailers around the yard and dock areas. Working closely with dock staff and operations, you’ll help keep freight flowing smoothly while ensuring all yard activities meet safety and operational standards.
