Customer Service Representative | Dental Industry

Tempe, AZ | Full-Time | W2 | On-Site

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing dental company with an excellent reputation and a top-tier product portfolio. This is a great opportunity for someone with dental or oral surgery experience who enjoys working with customers and wants to grow within the dental industry.

Position Details

• Salary: $50,000–$55,000 base
• Incentives: Additional incentive opportunities
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Location: On-site in Tempe, AZ
• Employment: Full-time, W2
• Benefits: Medical, dental, 401(k), PTO, sick pay, and paid national holidays

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients
• Assist customers with orders, questions, and product needs
• Educate customers on the company's dental products and solutions
• Attend trade shows and assist with product demonstrations
• Generate and identify potential leads for future sales opportunities
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members
• Work closely with Territory Sales Managers to support customers and sales efforts
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience

Qualifications

• Oral surgery or dental experience preferred
• Clinical dental experience is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused personality
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
