Responsibilities


·      Interview, hire and successfully build a team

·      Oversee and drive sales initiatives by supporting, coaching and mentoring direct reports.

·      Organized communicator with direct reports.

·      Ability to drive key corporate initiatives among direct reports.

·      Highly competent with BI Software Qlik to monitor national results.

·      High level understanding of Special Markets and contract business.

·      Network and build relationships with key customers and key dealer partners

·      Compile Reports to monitor results and develop appropriate coaching activities

·      Work closely in the field with the Regional Managers and Territory Managers to ensure proper territory management, selling skills and dealer relations.

·      Work with team to ensure CRM Utilization and compliance.

·      Build rapport with sales team and serves as the main conduit for knowledge and training.

·      Communicate company goals and contributes to reaching sales objectives.

·      Effectively communicates with team on a weekly basis to drive key initiatives.

·      Work with Strategic Account Manager and VP of Marketing & Sales to establish dealer ad budgets and product focus and alignment.

·      Work closely with Field Sales team to drive key activity to identified key customers.

·      Work closely with Dealer branch managers to drive sales.

·      Report weekly to VP of Marketing & Sales a recap of success and activity.

 

 

Requirements

 

·      Highly organized and expert in territory management and sales.

·      Relationship builder both internally and externally.

·      Highly motivated with the ability to lead teams of individuals to achieve sales goals.

·      Effective math and analytics skills to assist with the development and implementation of KPI’s.
