Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Dental Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and support the growth of our dental service portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in digital marketing, brand development, and patient acquisition strategies within the healthcare or dental industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans, as well as promotional campaigns that support organizational goals for corporate clients, patient growth, and retention.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts and drive creative concepts for campaigns, promotions, and storytelling across email, SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and website.
• Manage brand consistency across all marketing materials, corporate and patient communications, and practice locations, as well as at trade shows and health fair events.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with operational, clinical, and administrative leadership to align marketing initiatives with operational priorities to drive growth in online traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimize outcomes and maximize ROI.
• Manage external vendors, creative partners, and advertising budgets effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field required; master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or dental services.
• Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives in a multi-location or multi-service environment.
• High level of professionalism, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
