We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and personable Associate Dentist to join our established private practice in Cheshire, CT. This practice features a large active patient base and a strong office culture. 

Our ideal candidate has a compassionate and confident bedside manner as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills, and prioritizes patient care. Candidates should have a minimum of 1+ years’ working experience, preferably post completion of a GPR.

 About our practice:

• Established practice
• FFS/PPO only
• CBCT, iTero, Cerec + recently renovated
• Schedule: 4 days a week

 Compensation for full-time employees:

• $700 a day + 33% of adjusted productions (whatever is greater)

 Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 1+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry
• Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients
• GPR or AEGD preferred
• Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships with patients
