Dental Territory Sales Manager

Location: Upstate New York or Connecticut

Salary: Base: $90,000 - $95,000

OTE: $150,000+ (Uncapped)

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Dental Territory Sales Manager to join our team and manage either the Upstate New York or Connecticut territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with dental practices and clients throughout your assigned territory.
• Product Education & Demonstrations: Educate clients about our products and services and attend trade shows to conduct product demonstrations.
• Lead Generation: Identify and generate potential leads for future sales opportunities.
• Sales Performance: Set and exceed sales quotas while tracking and reporting sales activities in an organized manner.
• Territory Management: Develop and execute strategies to grow business and increase market share within your assigned territory.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members, sharing insights and strategies to enhance overall team performance.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of current dental sales experience within the territory.
• Skills: Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Territory Knowledge: Strong understanding of the dental market and established relationships with dental practices within the assigned territory preferred.
• Travel: Must have the ability to travel frequently throughout the territory and be comfortable with approximately 50% overnight travel.
