Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join our growing team in Prairie Village, KS. This role offers a full schedule from day one, with offices booked six months in advance. Candidates should hold a valid Kansas dental license and a DDS or DMD from an accredited institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and create treatment plans.
• Deliver preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental care.
• Conduct procedures such as fillings, crowns, and extractions.
• Educate patients on oral health and maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Valid Kansas dental license.
• Strong clinical skills in general, preventive, and restorative dentistry.
• Proficiency in cosmetic procedures and effective communication skills.

Work Environment:

• On-site position in a new state-of-the-art facility in Prairie Village.
• Focused on PPO/FFS patients.

Compensation:

• High earning potential with a production-based model (% of adjusted production) and no lab fees.
