Position Title: Associate Dentist – Texas

Primary Location: Dallas, TX

Travel Required: Yes (regional and occasional out-of-state)

Role Overview

Associate dentists travel to scheduled sites to provide comprehensive general dentistry in a fully supported mobile environment. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy variety, adaptability, and practicing dentistry without traditional office overhead.

Clinical Services

Associates are expected to be comfortable providing:

• Comprehensive exams and treatment planning
• Preventative and Hygiene (SRP, Prophy, Sealants, Fluoride, Arestin, etc.)
• Restorative dentistry (Composite fillings)
• Crowns
• Simple extractions
• Clear aligner therapy (experience preferred; training provided)

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD with an active Texas dental license
• Minimum of 5 years clinical experience
• Strong general dentistry skill set
• Willingness to travel for scheduled dental days
• Comfortable working in a mobile, fast-paced environment
• Clear aligner experience is a plus (training provided)
• Licensure in surrounding states or additional states is a strong plus

Compensation

$1,000 per day plus a production bonus equal to 20% of net production in excess of average daily net production of $7,500.
