Location: Arizona

Salary: $80,000

Uncapped Variable: $70,000

Benefits: Full benefits including Medical, Dental, 401K (4% match), Vision, Car Allowance, PTO, and all expenses paid

Travel: Overnight travel required: 50%

Territory: Arizona, Utah, Colorado and New Mexico

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with dental practices and clients throughout your territory.
• Product Education & Demonstrations: Educate clients about our products and services and attend trade shows to conduct product demonstrations.
• Lead Generation: Identify and generate potential leads for future sales opportunities.
• Sales Performance: Set and exceed sales quotas while tracking and reporting sales activities in an organized manner.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members, sharing insights and strategies to enhance overall team performance.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of B2B, medical device, or dental sales experience.
• Skills: Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Travel: Must have the ability to travel frequently throughout the territory to meet with clients and conduct business.
