Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled General Dentist who is proficient in placing implants and performing cosmetic procedures. This is a lucrative opportunity for the right candidate, with compensation based on a percentage of adjusted production that varies depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality dental care to patients, focusing on implant placement and cosmetic procedures.
• Work 4-5 days a week, including half-day Saturdays, which are highly profitable.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
• Engage with patients and staff to build strong relationships, contributing to a fun and supportive workplace culture.

Requirements:

• Valid Texas dental license.
• Proficiency in placing dental implants.
• Must be willing to perform cleanings on patients
• Coachable with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a great personality.
• Enjoyment of a fun work environment and team bonding activities outside of practice.

Compensation:

• Percentage of adjusted production (commensurate with experience) – a very lucrative opportunity.
