Job Title: General Dentist

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Practice Overview: We are a highly reputable and busy private dental practice in Brooklyn, NY, seeking a dedicated General Dentist to join our team. Our practice has been serving the community for 14 years and sees over 2,000 patients monthly, including 300 new patients. We have a collaborative environment with an Orthodontist and a Pediatric Dentist on staff.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 2-3 days a week
• Office Structure: 12 operatories
• Patient Demographics: We accept a variety of insurance plans, with 30% of our patients on Medicaid and the remaining 70% covered by various local insurances.
• Compensation: 35% of production; no daily rate. Last year, the practice generated $4.5 million in revenue, averaging $400,000 a month.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including but not limited to:
• Root canals
• Extractions
• Implants (plus)
• Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage treatment plans.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree.
• Valid state dental license in New York.
• Strong clinical skills in general dentistry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
