Position Overview
Our client is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join their growing sales organization. This role is focused on generating new business through high-volume outbound activity, lead management, appointment setting, consultative selling, and closing.
The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional who is comfortable picking up the phone, building relationships with dental professionals, handling objections, and consistently asking for the sale. This is a high-ticket, performance-driven position with significant earning potential and a strong emphasis on new business development and pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to dentists, specialists, and assigned accounts.
- Prospect for new business and identify opportunities within assigned territories and accounts.
- Qualify leads, uncover customer needs, and determine appropriate solutions.
- Manage leads and follow-up activities from initial contact through close.
- Maintain an organized and accurate sales pipeline within the CRM.
- Conduct virtual sales presentations, communicate product value, overcome objections, and close new business.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with field sales representatives when additional in-person support is needed.
- Provide clear and thorough handoffs to field sales, including customer needs, opportunity details, next steps, and follow-up plans.
- Re-engage dormant accounts and identify opportunities for account expansion.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and consistently work toward monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Stay informed on products, solutions, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Consistently meet activity, pipeline, and revenue expectations.
Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years of successful B2B, inside sales, high-ticket, or consultative sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and prospecting.
- Persistent and confident with follow-up, objection handling, and closing.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with strong CRM and pipeline management skills.
- Competitive, resilient, coachable, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to quickly learn technical products and clearly communicate their value to customers.
- Experience selling into the dental, healthcare, medical device, or other professional services industries is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience.

Expected Total Earnings at 100% Quota: Approximately $90,000 annually.

Uncapped Commission: Opportunity to earn $120,000+ through strong new-business performance.
- Commission calculated monthly on eligible net invoiced sales, with adjustments for subsequent credits, returns, or cancellations.
