Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with dental providers within the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell our dental implant product line, ensuring a thorough understanding of product features and benefits.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives, driving revenue growth in your territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for providers and their staff.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Report on sales activities, pipeline management, and territory performance.
Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of B2B, dental or med device sales experience required.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation and Benefits:

Base Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000 - $130,000

Additional Information:
- This position requires the ability to travel overnight 25% of the time.
