Job Title: Associate Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Associate Sales Representative to join our team in Long Island. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to break into the medical device sales industry. In this role, you will support the Senior Territory Manager in maintaining and growing our market share for our CMF (Cranio-Maxillofacial) and Thoracic product lines, representing one of the top medical device companies in the industry. You will be instrumental in helping to maintain the territory and grow our client base.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Territory Manager in all aspects of territory management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to healthcare professionals.
- Attend surgeries and provide technical support as needed.
- Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
- Must have a "can-do" attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
- Ability to learn technical product information.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
Compensation:
- Guaranteed minimum first year ($75,000 to $85,000) with the ability to earn more through commissions.
- After the first year, the role transitions to a 100% commission-based structure.
