Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership and business units to deliver financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning.
• Drive revenue and cost planning processes and provide variance analysis to identify key business drivers.
• Prepare and present financial reports and storytelling materials to communicate insights to non-financial stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect financial performance with business strategy.
• Support strategic initiatives, ad hoc analysis, and special projects in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis roles.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modeling experience.
• Strong business acumen and ability to interpret financial data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to present to and influence non-financial stakeholders.
• Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
