Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing passive candidates, conducting outreach and phone screens, coordinating interviews, and guiding candidates through the offer process.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and business leaders through responsiveness, transparency, and consistent follow-through.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support both current and future hiring needs.
  • Cultivate ongoing relationships with prospective candidates and maintain an active network of qualified talent.
  • Manage job requisition creation, job postings, and recruitment marketing efforts for assigned positions.
  • Partner with internal teams to coordinate pre-employment requirements, including background checks and the transition of candidates to HR and onboarding.
  • Provide regular communication and updates to hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
  • Utilize recruiting technology and sourcing tools to identify, engage, and evaluate qualified candidates.
  • Contribute to special projects, process improvements, and broader talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall recruiting and business objectives.


Qualifications:

  • 5–10+ years of professional recruiting experience, preferably within the construction, engineering, architecture, or related industries.
  • Experience recruiting for highly specialized or technical positions preferred.
  • Data center recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments, locations, or business units.
  • Experience partnering with multiple hiring managers and senior leadership.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, including experience recruiting passive candidates.
  • Proficiency with recruiting and talent sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, Metaview, or similar platforms.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS), such as Greenhouse, iCIMS, or a comparable system.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively while also operating independently.
  • Willingness to work in an office-based environment.
