We’re seeking an Onsite Logistics Coordinator (Night Shift) to be the key point of contact between drivers, warehouse personnel, and client operations teams during overnight hours. This role is boots-on-the-ground—keeping freight moving, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth coordination across docks, trailer pools, and dispatch teams.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee night operations on-site, ensuring all inbound/outbound freight runs on schedule
• Coordinate drivers, dock staff, and drop trailer pools to maintain operational flow
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, carriers, and internal teams during overnight hours
• Track and report on shipment status, exceptions, and any operational issues
• Support load planning and dispatch coordination in collaboration with day-shift teams
• Maintain accurate records and communicate key updates during shift handoffs
• Step in to assist with personnel management or scheduling adjustments as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations (3PL or trucking industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of freight flow, dispatch, and dock operations.
• Excellent communication skills with drivers, carriers, and customer contacts.
• The ability to make decisions quickly and problem-solve under pressure.
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently overnight.
• Flexibility to work contract or full-time depending on fit.
