Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the accounting function, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Partner with leadership to provide insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain and optimize the use of the ERP system for financial processes and reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes.
- Monitor internal controls and assist in developing policies and procedures.
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- 5-10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proven leadership experience managing direct reports.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Highly adaptable, agile, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner effectively across teams.
- Demonstrated track record of improving processes.
