Responsibilities:
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, status changes, and offboarding
- Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
- Coordinate new hire paperwork, background checks, and orientation logistics
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for HR programs such as benefits, payroll, and performance management
- Respond to employee inquiries and route issues appropriately for resolution
- Help ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable labor laws
- Assist with HR reporting, audits, and data requests as needed
- Support recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Participate in HR projects and process improvements as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a corporate or staffing environment
- Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS, ATS, payroll platforms) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Self-starter with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is a plus
