Contract Recruiter


Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment
  • Source and build pipelines for specialized talent
  • Screen and interview candidates, providing timely feedback
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring leaders
  • Support recruiting efforts for various departments as needed
  • Track candidate activity and maintain accurate documentation in the ATS
  • Advise hiring leaders on market trends, sourcing strategies, and candidate availability
  • Ensure an excellent and professional candidate experience throughout the process


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
  • Prior legal recruiting experience a plus
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume requisitions
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
  • Effective communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Highly adaptable, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working onsite with flexibility for hybrid arrangements if needed
