Contract Recruiter
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment
- Source and build pipelines for specialized talent
- Screen and interview candidates, providing timely feedback
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring leaders
- Support recruiting efforts for various departments as needed
- Track candidate activity and maintain accurate documentation in the ATS
- Advise hiring leaders on market trends, sourcing strategies, and candidate availability
- Ensure an excellent and professional candidate experience throughout the process
Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
- Prior legal recruiting experience a plus
- Proven ability to manage high-volume requisitions
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
- Effective communication and relationship-building abilities
- Highly adaptable, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working onsite with flexibility for hybrid arrangements if needed
