Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of the recruiting lifecycle, the ability to build strong client relationships, and the drive to achieve and exceed business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Development:
    • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new client opportunities.
    • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to enhance the company's presence.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruiting needs.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations.
    • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
  3. Recruitment Strategy:
    • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
    • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates.
    • Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  4. Candidate Management:
    • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process.
    • Conduct interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
    • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  5. Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices.
    • Stay current with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
 
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience within business development in the recruiting industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
