Senior Implementation Manager (8024)
Responsibilities:

Client Ownership: Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients throughout onboarding, implementation, and go-live phases.

Project Leadership: Develop and execute detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure implementations stay on track and within scope.

Team Management: Lead and manage a small, cross-functional implementation pod (business analysts, technical consultants, and project coordinators) to deliver customized ERP solutions.

Discovery & Process Mapping: Facilitate discovery sessions with clients to understand workflows, challenges, and goals; translate insights into actionable implementation strategies.

Solution Oversight: Ensure ERP solutions are configured to meet clients’ operational, accounting, and philanthropic requirements.

Client Communication: Maintain proactive, transparent communication with both clients and internal stakeholders; serve as the escalation point for client-related concerns.

Training & Transition: Oversee client training and change management processes to ensure a smooth transition to long-term support and client success teams.
Qualifications:

5+ years of experience managing complex software or ERP implementations in a client-facing leadership role.

Background in project management, business analysis, or software consulting, with a strong understanding of implementation best practices.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Strategic thinker capable of simplifying complex business challenges into clear, actionable solutions.

Experience working with financial institutions or nonprofit organizations is a plus.

Experience working with FinTech is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred but not required.
