Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute market growth strategies that motivate teams and drive measurable results.
  • Identify, evaluate, and champion strategic growth opportunities across new and existing markets.
  • Lead the development of marketing plans and content to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for customer application engineering, translating technical requirements into customized solutions.
  • Oversee product line research and development, production capabilities, and supply chain readiness.
  • Build and manage key supply chain relationships, optimizing source-versus-make strategies.
  • Analyze sales performance, gross profit margins, and quoting trends to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Create and deliver internal training programs for sales and market-facing teams.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, account management, or product line management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate market needs into actionable strategies.
  • Prior product management experience preferred.
