Role: Software Engineer (2–5 Years Experience)

San Francisco: 4 days a week in office.

Salary range 150-200K plus benefits

• Background in health tech or fintech preferred
• Strong track record of shipping features daily
• Ability to act as your own product manager
• Define product specs
• Take products from zero to one
• Self-starter with a mission-driven mindset
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bonus: Experience in a fast-growing startup

What You'll Do

• Write production-quality code using Python and Next.js (TypeScript)
• Balance best practices with rapid delivery of commercial value
• Build cutting-edge claims adjudication technology
• Develop features for financial integrations and money movement
• Improve the member experience both in-app and on-the-phone
• Own projects end-to-end:
• Define specs
• Build and iterate based on real customer needs
