THE ROLE
- Drive new business for a fast-growing startup with a superior product in a traditional industry.
- Help build and scale the Account Executive team to support company growth.
- Quickly learn and effectively communicate a technical product to non-technical buyers.
- Navigate both fast, single-stakeholder deals and complex, multi-party enterprise sales.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline from scratch across national markets.
- Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — and consistently exceed quota.

SALES COMPENSATION

- Proven success in mid-market or enterprise sales cycles (60–90 days), especially at startups.
- Quick learner with deep product knowledge and the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Follows and applies structured sales methodologies.
- Obsessed with running a strong, repeatable sales process.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own the sales process end-to-end: prospecting, cold calling, demos, objection handling, and closing.
- Collaborate with SDRs to maximize pipeline volume and conversion.
- Become a product expert to effectively qualify and convert leads.
- Learn the parking and commercial real estate industry to negotiate deals confidently.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce CRM records with attention to detail.
- Work with Operations and deal desk to craft compelling, win-win proposals.
- Contribute to improving the sales process through feedback and iteration.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 4+ years in full-cycle, quota-carrying sales roles with strong performance history.
- Track record of promotions and professional growth.
- Quick learner with an interest in commercial real estate and proptech.
- Startup-ready mindset — adaptable, driven, and comfortable with change.
- Grit, resilience, and a hunter mentality.
- Strong communication skills (verbal + written).
- Comfortable using Excel for basic financial analysis and deal modeling.
- Experience in unstructured, early-stage startup environments.
