• Handle court appearances, discovery, depositions, motions, and mediations
• Engage in pre-trial preparation and client updates
• Prepare for and participate in trials

• Likely primary handling attorney on own cases, depending on legal experience

Qualifications:

• License: State Bar of California (required)
• Experience: Civil litigation (1 year preferred)

Salary and Benefits:

• Compensation:
• Salary: $120,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year, based on experience
