Product Designer

FinTech Startup in San Francisco

Location: San Francisco (preferred, hybrid 2-3 days/week but open to remote)

Compensation: $150k–$250k base salary + equity (remote considered at adjusted rate)

Engagement: Full-time or part-time (flexible)

The Role

We’re looking for a Product Designer (UX/UI) with strong B2B SaaS experience to create intuitive, beautiful, and highly functional interfaces for our platform. You’ll turn complex data and workflows into elegant, user-centered designs that drive real impact.

FinTech experience is a plus, but not required — curiosity, systems thinking, and attention to detail are what matter most.

What You’ll Do

• Design end-to-end experiences across web applications and internal tools.
• Simplify complex workflows into clean, modern interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering to prototype and iterate quickly.
• Build and evolve our design system for consistency and scale.
• Conduct user testing and research to inform design decisions.

About You

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design in B2B SaaS.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and clean visual execution.
• Experience designing data-heavy, workflow-driven products (FinTech a plus).
• Expert in Figma (or similar tools) with strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Based in San Francisco (preferred) — remote OK for the right fit.
• Excited to shape a product and design culture from the ground up.
