Project Manager – Commercial Architecture / Design‑Build

A well‑respected design‑build firm is adding a Project Manager to lead commercial projects from early entitlement through construction closeout. This is a high‑impact role for someone who enjoys being the steady hand on complex projects, guiding clients, coordinating teams, and ensuring the work moves forward with clarity and confidence.

Your Impact

• Lead projects from initial entitlement through construction administration
• Shape project workplans, coordinate staffing, and keep teams aligned
• Maintain schedules and ensure milestones are met across disciplines
• Review drawings with a sharp eye for code compliance, constructability, and quality
• Act as the central communicator between clients, consultants, AHJs, and internal teams
• Strengthen collaboration between architecture and design‑build groups
• Support and mentor emerging designers and project staff
• Manage additional service requests and maintain strong client relationships
• Champion quality standards and help refine internal processes

What You Bring to the Table

• 10+ years of architectural project management experience
• Professional registration or equivalent technical expertise
• Deep understanding of building systems, detailing, and construction methods
• Strong working knowledge of life safety and energy codes
• Ability to resolve constructability and code‑related challenges
• Clear, confident communication skills with clients and teams
• Experience juggling multiple projects at different stages
• Proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and related tools
